The Sanitation Service Level Agreements (SSLA) is a large project in Blantyre City covering the whole sanitation value chain from Containment to Re-use. The project is funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and DFID. On the Containment component WASTE and the Blantyre City Council with investment from the private sector are targeting have constructed or rehabilitated 42 Public Conveniences. Contact the Council if you are interested in a license to operate a Public Convenience or to partner to build a new facility.
